Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on: TITLE & ARTIST: "Meet The Beatles" - by The Beatles on the Capitol Records label (T 2047), in beautiful original Mono sound, issued in 1964. CONDITION: JACKET - VG+(The only real wear to this jacket is light scuffing and light soiling overall; there is virtually no edge/corner wear; there are not marks, tears or splits - please see actual album in photos); VINYL - VG+(I grade this VG+ because it has several light scuff marks; however, I am playing it now and it plays to at least a VG++ grade, with virtually no extraneous noise - visually graded under special daylight balanced spotlight; aurally graded on my Rega P3 turntable). SPECIAL FEATURES: Very rare monaural pressing of the vintage Beatles early classic, with tan colored BEATLES on front and no producer credit on the back. Jacket in fine shape except for rub wear and light soiling. The sound is clear and just as dynamic as the first day I heard it in 1964! The spectacular condition of both jacket and vinyl make this a Beatles treasure for all time. Don't miss it. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
