This record is in near mint condition. It has just 2 or 3 short spindle marks visible on the labels. Neither side has pen marks, scuffs, stains or any other issues and overall the labels are clean, bright and in very nice condition with all text legible and very little sign of use.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean with little to nothing showing in normal light. There is a couple of incredibly faint and minor manufacturing whiskers but nothing at all obvious, serious or major. It has a beautiful lustre and is in really nice condition, especially considering its age.
I play tested the record and it played really well throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no arm movement.
The audio produced is excellent throughout with no skips, sticks or tics and hardly any surface noise. There was nothing more than the odd faint and minor occasional dust pop, and the overall clarity is really good for a classical lp of this age. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable listen from start to finish.
The front laminated sleeve is in excellent condition. It has no splits, tears, scuffs or pen marks and is presentable all round. It does however have minor signs of being well over 60 years old. It has some light age related discolouring to the rear, and light ring marks showing to both sides. There is also some faint age spots showing to the laminated front. These are not hugely noticeable but can be seen at certain angles. There is no serious creasing or wear to the laminated front, and the spine is all clearly legible. Overall a tidy sleeve with some signs of age but nothing severe. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It contains its original blue/white poly-lined inner which is in very good+ condition. It has no splits, tears or pen marks but has creasing, light grubbiness and general signs of age. I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure it remains clean and ready to play.
The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
