Description
For your consideration and from my own personal record collection is an original Riverside stereo pressing of Bill Evans Trio's classic "Waltz For Debby". This rare 1961 deep groove stereophonic record is sought after for its superb sound quality.
This particular example has a fair cover with sharpie marking on the front and two promotional holes. No other handwriting elsewhere on the cover.
Being a promo, it was probably a very early pressing. A hot stamper indeed as it sounds fabulous. It has many fine, non deep scratches yet it plays much better than it looks. No large pops and the record plays through with no skipping.
There is a rainbow like sheen on the surface of the pressing, always a good sign. Sonically, I rate it a strong VG+.
I have a made a YouTube video with excerpts from the actual record which demonstrates to you the superb sound quality of this pressing which virtually floats above the surface noise!
Make sure you watch the video in HD (High Definition) mode for the best possible sound quality.
The record has been washed on a VPI record cleaning machine and comes with a high quality Discwasher rice paper sleeve. It will be shipped outside the cover in a dedicated LP mailer carton for extra protection.
I ship worldwide by Priority Mail International. I do not recommend first class mail because it has no tracking information.
