The sleeve is overall EX it is clean but shows very light edge wear in parts but the edges are sharp with no seam splits just light corner bump/scuff and the spine text is clear, the labels are EX+ and the vinyl is EX it has light wispy dust scratches and plays with no skips or jumps but with light background clicks in the quiet  parts but the music plays above it on this 1962 US United Artists album issue UAJ 14003 by Bill Evans - "Undercurrent"  See photos for more details.
