Description

BILLIE HOLIDAY SOLITUDE Verve V6-8074
I'm pretty sure it is a 1960's reissue although I can't find this exact pressing in Discogs.
Dead Wax Side 1: V6-8074 SIDE 1 MGS-1886 11 [Block-shaped "S" stamp] Dead Wax Side 2: V6-8074 SIDE 2 MGS-1887 11 [Block-shaped "S" stamp]
The Record looks EX & plays EX+ (the whole LP was played to grade it.) Sleeve: G+ light stain & address sticker on back next to the bottom of the spine, a cut out hole punch. The main defect is that I carefully tape repaired the entire spine which had split. The repair is very difficult to see in the front but you can see it better it in the picture of the back cover. Inner: VG+ It is just a generic white inner but it has the same punch out hole as the outer sleeve so it is what it was released in.
The LP is in & will be shipped in an additional rounded poly inner.

VG++ A very strong VG+
VG+ Used but not abused. Will have some audible imperfections but no serious problems.
VG A well used record that still sounds OK but will have some pops &/or surface noise but nowhere near the volume of the music
VG- A very worn record that plays through without repeating or has a skip that loses more than a couple of notes/words.
It will have defects that will be noted
