Decca F11458. Matrix DRF29099/29077.  A top ten hit for Billy Fury in 1962 reaching number 4.
I'd  be very surprised if you would find another one of these anywhere. I've only seen one other Billy Fury demo after checking on line.
Extremely rare demo sample, and a gem for the collector. My late father obtained this copy in 1962 from contacts in the entertainment industry.
