This record notably featured an explicit cover that displayed a woman's crotch wearing a United States flag thong with pubic hair sticking out, taken from the cover of the July 1976 issue of Hustler magazine. The album was subsequently banned from chain stores like Walmart and Kmart, resulting in the cover being censored with a solid black background, displaying only the thong.

I like to collect 'Factory Still Sealed' albums....and this is one of my very favorites....as it does possess a very unique 'Factory' cellophane shrink wrap....
I bought this record shortly after its release...and remains taunt, unopened in the 'factory' cellophane shrink wrap!
Looks exactly the same as the first day I brought this album home. With careful storage through out these many years.
The front top center hype sticker is on the outside, near perfectly centered, on the shrink wrap and not on the Jacket cover its self.
...............Which color vinyl record is inside this one possesses....I would very much like to know....
