VINYL: VG to VG+ Has been cleaned with a professional quality record cleaning machine.
PROMO release given away at the Licorice Pizza record store chain in Southern California in 1981 to promote the upcoming "Damaged" LP. Apparetly just 1,000 copies were made and many were destroyed when the promotional period was over, making it a tough one to find these days. This record is also notable as it is the first appearance of Henry Rollins with the might Black Flag. A little piece of history, folks.
