Black Flag ?– Thirsty And Miserable / Life Of Pain 7" single
Here is is folks...Original copy of uber-rare, collectible Black Flag Special gift , (Recorded live at Target, San Francisco - In Appreciation of all the support from Black Flag and Licorice Pizza Inc.) Record is mint and never played. Original plain white sleeve shows some light fraying along right, left and top edges. Record has been stored with care in my home for many years since I got it new back in 1981. This seems to be the "holy grail" for many fans of the band...
I would prefer to ship within the USA on this, but I will consider international shipping on this one, as long as a certified shipping address is provided, and the buyer is willing to pay any extra shipping charges needed to ship outside the country. I will pack item between two sheets of heavy cardboard, (in addition to sending in a cardboard box...) This will insure that the item arrives in perfect condition.

BLACK FLAG- Thirsty and miserable 7" (a.k.a. "Licorice Pizza") (SST, USA, 1981)
This rare 7? was a gig-freebie (read the label imprint). In the b.e. years (before-ebay), you used to hear about a BLACK FLAG promo 7? with “Damaged” outtakes but nobody I knew had further information. Since the Internet on the one hand destroyed the adventurous fun of record collecting and, on the other, made it so much more effective, it’s safe to say that “Licorice Pizza” is that promo thing. Well, it wasn’t a promo, as you see, and there aren’t really outtakes on it (an alternative take of “Thirsty and miserable” and a live recording of “Life of Pain”) – but still I think this 7? is among the very best of BLACK FLAG.
