Second pressing of this much sought after record on the UK Vertigo (swirl) label. The most important 2nd pressing points are: ALBUM CREDITS IN ALL CAPS (as opposed to appropriate upper and lower case lettering); Ozzy's name is spelled "Ossie"; "Produced by Roger Bain of Tuesday Productions for Tony Hall Enterprises"; large Vertigo/ No "Philips record product" on label/ No "Warning" credits on cover as on the first pressing. (Sorry about the blurry photo on the inside of the gatefold; the picture of the album credits should make up for it though.) Here's the scoop on condition: Cover has some wear (to varying degrees) on all corners, no seam splits. To me, that's a fairly strong VG+. Vinyl has only one small light surface mark on the first track on side 2, otherwise nice, clean and relatively shiny. Play-tested with a little surface noise prior to the music beginning, one little "pop" on that aforementioned track with the mark on it, but otherwise sounds great with no other incidents heard. I'd call it EXCELLENT but picky people would grade it VG+ because of the (shallow) mark and pop. Still a very nice copy in my book. The price may seem on the high side for a 2nd pressing, but it's worthy. Also has the original Vertigo inner-sleeve which the record has not been kept in. IUt has been stored in a separate translucent plastic sleeve.
