Description

For sale is Master of Reality by Black Sabbath on the Vertigo swirl 1st pressing with the embossed box cover.

It looks in pretty good shape and I have played it all the way through and would play-grade side one around Excellent and side two around Excellent minus.

Included as a FREE bonus are Paranoid and Vol 4. These are included as collection fillers. Both covers are a bit rough. The vinyl for both looks pretty good but I took Paranoid off after only about a minute because it has lots of crackle and I took Vol 4 off because it jumps in Tomorrow's Dream. There are also signs of a sticker and faint writing on the label of Vol 4. These may be fine as collection fillers to someone but they will not suit a fussy collector.

My LP gradings are based on the UK Record Collector grading system. Please make sure you are familiar with the grading system before you place a bid (please see below for details). Returns cannot be accepted where a buyer has not understood the grading system.

Returns policy
I try to describe/grade my items accurately as I don't want them returned.  Please don't bid if you are someone who will complain over some small issue I have overlooked to try and get a discount.  However, if I have made a genuine mistake and the item is SIGNIFICANTLY not as described it can be returned, but you must send it back to get a refund.

P&P rates for this item are as follows:
P&P in the UK by signed-for (Recorded) delivery = £7.00
P&P outside the UK - all items are sent with signed-for delivery (no exceptions, so please don't ask).
Europe = £21.00
Rest of the World = £33.00

Please make sure that you understand the grading system
MINT: The record looks brand new and has no signs of ever having been played. The cover and packaging look brand new.
NEAR MINT: The record shows minimal signs of having been played, with no marks on the playing surface and perhaps some light spindle trails on the labels. The cover and packaging look almost like new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.

Where an item falls between two grades then plus or minus (+ or -) may be added.
