BLAST FURNACE: s/t, DENMARK Polydor 1971 orig LP, ultra rare LP, but especially in this condition - the very fragile 1st pressing paper cover is always battered, with splits or other damages - this cover is EXCELLENT++, truly truly minimal edge wear on spines only; no splits. Disc is beautiful shiny MINT-, plays flawlessly all the way. Innerslv. is VG+ withsome minor splits, otherwise nice & clean. Musically, superb organ/guitar driven progressive rock, with great vocals and blazing loud solos. There may not be another copy like this in existance. I have never seen a copy of the first pressing with the fagile cover nowhere close to this nice. Hence the high price. You won't be likely to get another shot at a copy like this. GRADINGS
I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+, unless of considerable rarity.
- MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
- EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
- VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
- VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.
SHIPPING
I ship in strong, brand new cruciform shipping boxes with padding inside. The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit. IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.
The shipping qoutes are for 'regular' LPs. If an LP is extra heavy and cannot be shipped at the normal rate I have made the note 'Heavy LP, ships at the price of 2'.
