On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Blind Faith called 'Blind Faith' and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Polydor label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPs ON THE POLYDOR LABEL - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1969 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (IN THIS FORMAT!), AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS THE RAREST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT 'CENSORED' COVER!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT MAKES THIS LP SO AMAZINGLY RARE!!!!  WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN 1969 - THERE WAS MASSIVE OUTRAGE BECAUSE OF THE REPULSIVE 'GIRL' COVER!!!!  MANY SHOPS (AND IN SOME CASES WHOLE COUNTRIES!) REFUSED TO SELL THE LP WITH THE 'GIRL' COVER - AND SOME SHOPS BANNED THE LP ALTOGETHER!!!!  HERE IN THE UK SOME SHOPS (AFTER SEEING THE 'ADVANCE COPIES') ALSO REFUSED TO STOCK THE LP ON RELEASE WITH THE 'GIRL 'COVER' - SO QUICKLY ANOTHER COVER HAD TO BE DEVELOPED FOR THESE SHOPS PRIOR TO THE RELEASE DATE!!!!  HOWEVER, POLYDOR DIDNT WANT TO SPEND MONEY MAKING ANOTHER COVER IN LARGE AMOUNTS - SO AFTER APPLYING PRESSURE TO STORES THAT REFUSED TO STOCK THE 'GIRL' COVER - MANY OTHER SHOPS IN THE UK QUICKLY 'ROLLED OVER' AND STOCKED THE 'GIRL' COVER ANYWAY (BECAUSE THEY WERE SCARED OF LOSING OUT HEAVILY ON SALES ON THE RELEASE DATE) - WHICH IS OF COURSE IS EXACTLY WHY THE 'GIRL COVER' IS SO VERY COMMON TODAY.  HOWEVER A VERY VERY FEW SHOPS HELD OUT AND DECIDED NOT TO STOCK IT (DESPITE OF PRESSURE AND THE THREATENED LOSS OF SALES!) OUT OF PRINCIPLE, AND SO THIS IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'ALTERNATIVE' CENSORED COVER WAS DEVELOPED ESPECIALLY FOR THEM!!!!  HOWEVER, BARELY ANY OF THESE IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'ALTERNATE' COVERS WERE EVER SOLD AT ALL (MAINLY BECAUSE BUYERS DIDNT RECOGNISE THE LP!) - AND IN MY EXPERIENCE ONLY 1 IN EVERY 100 COPIES (IF THAT!) TURN UP WITH THIS IMPOSSIBLY 'ALTERNATE' COVER!!!!  AND THIS ULTRA RARE 'ALTERNATE' COVER IS RADICALLY DIFFERENT TO THE STANDARD 'GIRL' COVER!!!!  THIS ULTRA RARE 'ALTERNATE' COVER (THAT WAS DEVELOPED FOR SHOPS THAT REFUSED TO SELL THE 'GIRL' COVER) WAS PRESSED IN A SINGLE SLEEVE FORMAT WHICH IS FULLY LAMINATED AND MADE BY THE 'MACNEILL PRESS'!!!!  IT ALSO HAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT (AND MUCH RARER) CAT NUMBER '583 059B' - WITH THE 'B' STANDING FOR THE SECOND 'CENSORED' COVER DEVELOPED FOR THIS LP (THOUGH IT WAS ACTUALLY MADE AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME AS THE OTHER COVER!)!!!!  BARELY ANY OF THESE ULTRA RARE 'ALTERNATE' COVERS WERE EVER MADE, AND IT WAS ONLY MADE AVAILABLE FOR A VERY VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME DURING THE RECORDS INITIAL CHART RUN ONLY!!!!  ONCE THE 'HYPE' AND 'SHOCK' ABOUT THE 'GIRL' COVER HAD SUBSIDED, AND SALES HAD DROPPED, POLYDOR SIMPLY ENDED PRODUCTION OF THIS ULTRA RARE 'ALTERNATE' COVER, AND SHOPS THAT HAD ORIGINALLY REFUSED TO STOCK THE COVER IN THE FIRST PLACE EITHER STOPPED STOCKING IT, OR WENT BACK TO STOCKING THE STANDARD COVER INSTEAD.  AND SHOWING EXACTLY JUST HOW RARE THIS 'ALTERNATE' COVER REALLY IS - JUST TRY AND FIND ONE!!!!  IF YOU SEARCH FOR A BLIND FAITH LP - YOU WILL FIND MASSES OF COPIES OF THIS LP WITH THE STANDARD 1ST PRESS 'GIRL' COVER - BUT YOU WILL VIRTUALLY NEVER SEE AN 'ALTERNATE' COVER OFFERED FOR SALE - EVER!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE RAREST VERSION OF THIS LP EVER MADE, AND IT IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE RAREST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER MADE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD EVER!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK 'ALTERNATE' CENSORED 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS POLYDOR LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'ALTERNATE' 1ST PRESS 'MacNEILL' FULLY LAMINATED 'CENSORED' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Polydor UK 1st Pressing from 1969 and is in GREAT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is 583 059(B) on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Polydor Label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays almost as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 'Alternate' 1st Press 'MacNeill' FULLY Laminated 'Censored' Cover is in GREAT condition!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), VERY shiny laminate, only 1 TINY indentation in the top right corner, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the laminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO yellowing, NO grubbyness, 2 or 3 small areas of wear at the VERY edges of the cover (these are VERY minor - see pictures!), and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
