I purchased from a mail order jazz auction 20- years ago.. in the more desirable ((MONO)) Now a first time offered good-luck finding a cleaner pressing or cover of this important Blue Note jazz date.

Donald byrd's seminal "Byrd in Flight" - top hardbop session with the best in this line up - Mobley, Mclean, Watkins, Pearson... need I say more? Each track killer hardbop jazz.... not much more to say here, so let me get right to the details for you:
Vinyl: Near mint (I attempted to photograph the grooves to show you how little played this album really was; small ballpoint initials on labels; RVG both sides, non-deep groove; a substantial Blue Note pressing- little played and little handled- a superb audiophile pressing!
Cover: Near mint minus (some small initials in ballpoint pen on reverse; super clean and bright laminated(GLOSSY see photo!) front pastedown; otherwise outstanding cover: tight spine, little handled, white reverse liner notes- crisp Seams cover!)
Shipping Information:
LPs shipped in a new recorder mailer box; LP ships outside of cover in protective sleeve; cardboard inserts used to minimize movement to LP and cover; all seams taped with nylon rip-stop tape; address and return address clear and bold; red FRAGILE stamps on box- a secure and professionally packaged record...
