Description
Up for auction here is "Soul Rebels" by Bob Marley and the Wailers on the original Jamaican Upsetter label. British pressings of this Lee Perry produced classic regularly change hands for $100-$250. But Jamaican originals on Lee Perry's own label rarely show up for sale in any condition. The record is gorgeous NM/NM-. The cover is VG/VG- with light to moderate rubwear. There is a one inch seam split at top right and a 2 inch seam split at top left. I have placed a reasonable reserve on it, because its extreme rarity. You may find a nicer cover, but a cleaner original Jamaican pressing would be hard to find. Be sure to view my other auctions for more great reggae records this week. Shipping is $4.00 via Media Mail with delivery confirmation in the US. Priority Mail in the US and First Class International to Canada starts at $7.00 for a single LP. Multiple LP sets are more. If you would like an estimate for multiple LPs, just shoot me an email.
SHIPPING for the rest of the World
First Class International service starts at $13.00 for a single LP. Multiple records are more. Once a package goes over 4 lbs (usually at 5 records), the package can no longer be shipped First Class. It automatically becomes Priority Mail. Any package valued over $200 must also be shipped Priority Mail. Shipping via Priority Mail starts at $38 for a 4 lb. package (usually around 5 records).
