   The Broadways "We All Know That You Can Do It" 7" EP
(Bicycle Records, 1997, Bicycle 001)


 Here's a very rare and hard to find 1st 7" by The Broadways, featuring Brendan Kelly(The Lawrence Arms, Slapstick, The Falcon) and Chris McCaughan(The Lawrence Arms, Tricky Dick). This 7" was self released by their own local label Bicycle Records in 1997. This came out a year before the "Big City Life" 7" and the "Broken Star" album on Asian Man Records. The 7" was very limited pressing of something like 500 copies. This one I have for sale is a complete copy with a large poster insert(w/ lyrics) and a rare Bicycle Records flyer insert. Not many copies came with this flyer insert. Most of them I've seen with just a poster insert. The flyer has a label contact address and the release/mail order infos for this 1st 7", The Broadways t-shirts and it also says "Coming soon: Alkaline Trio 7" and The Broadways/Baxter split CD"(but I don't think these ever came out...) The 7" contains 4 tracks: T.V. Song, Ben, Broadway & Briar, and Rainy Day. EX+/EX condition. The inserts have some visible wear. Awesome record. A must have for any fans or collectors of the Lawrence Arms, Alkaline Trio, The Falcon, Tuesday, Slapstick related stuff. Don't miss this one. Thanx for looking and good luck bidding.
