Description
This is a 1958 EARLY STEREO 6-EYE PRESSING OF THE 1958 U.S. COLUMBIA MASTERWORKS RECORDS LP containing a performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 6 In F-Major, Op. 68 'Pastorale' by The Columbia Symphony Orchestra, Bruno Walter conducting . It is Columbia Records U.S. catalog number MS 6012, 4L/4A1 stamped matrix, with 6-eye grey and black late 1950s era labels. Record comes packaged inside the cover in an original late 1950s Columbia Masterworks Records stock inner sleeve.
Visual condition of record is conservatively a high VG+ with all original gloss and a couple of very light visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Condition of cover is a low VG+ with the main flaw being a fair amount of wear along the edges and on the corners. Columbia Masterworks stock inner sleeve has splits n the middle of two edges which I have repaired with clear tape and a little wear along its top edge. This early press 6-eye stereo LP would be a choice addition to any Bruno Walter or classical LP collection! $3.85 SHIPPING via USPS Media Mail.
