Description
This auction is for an ultra-rare Buck Owen's album "Live In Scandinavia." This album was not issued domestically. It features Owen's covering songs by every on from Johnny Cash ("Orange Blossom Special") and Merle Haggard ("Okie From Muskogee") to Chuck Berry ("Johnny B. Goode"). The album also features performances by Buddy Alan, The Hagers, and Don Rich and The Buckaroos. This album came to us from the collection of the late Johnny Russell, who co-wrote the song "Act Naturally" (which was a hit for both Owens and the Beatles).
The vinyl is in excellent condition with just a few minor surface scuffs. The sleeve grades in very good condition due to about a one inch split of the left seam on the front cover, some light ring wear, and some light bending in the upper corners of the back cover of the sleeve.
