BUGGLES “THE AGE OF PLASTIC” SEALED! NEW OLD STOCK! 1980 Island ILPS 9585.


Factory sealed since 1980! The vinyl is presumed mint. The cover has a drill hole top left corner signifying a promo copy, that’s why NM cover condition.


Not to be taken too seriously, The Buggles were a duet; Trevor Horn and Geoffrey Downes, both veterans of Yes and other progressive rock projects. Both became successful producers. The theme of the album was the speculation of our future society in reaction to modern technology. Hmmm…they were on to something!


Who can forget the impact of the video for “Video Killed the Radio Star”? The first clip played on MTV?


Here is a sealed 42 year old copy! I don’t think there is a better vintage copy to purchase.
