Description
Takoma B-1001, "Mississippi Blues" with Bukka White, vocals and guitar, from about 1965. Original heavy black-label vinyl play-grades at NM with virtually no background noise. The heavyweight jacket is practically like new with just a hint of rubwear on edges; jacket back is very clean with no writing or stamps. Liner notes by John Fahey. Tracks are "Aberdeen Mississippi Blues", "Baby Please Don't Go", "New Orleans Streamline", "Parchman Farm Blues", "Poor Boy Long ways from Home", "Remembrance of Charlie Patton" (narrative), "Shake 'Em on Down", "I Am in the Heavenly Way", "The Atlanta Special", "Drunk Man Blues", and "Army Blues".
