This is Mercury Records SR3-9016, Bach Suites For Unaccompanied Cello Complete Janos Starker, a maroon, label, 2nd stereo issue of this beautiful 3 LP box with RFR 2/1 and M2/3 in the dead wax. The records are almost all in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. There is a series of light "chicken scratch" scratches evident at the beginning of side 5 which cause light clicks on the first part of the side. This lowers the grade to VG++. The box has a split seam and is detached. The booklet is excellent with sharp corners. The labels are excellent. This is a great collector's grade copy of this beautiful sounding recording.
