SELLER RATINGS:   Please realize dispatch time is NOT the same as delivery time.  I cannot control the post office.  You are meant to rate MY dispatch time... meaning the time from your payment to my posting.  Due to some buyers not understanding this, I've lost my Top Seller status which means my items will be harder for you to find and might cost you more to buy.   PLEASE READ MORE INFO BELOW ABOUT DSRs.

POSTAGE COSTS/TIME:   Ebay is not my primary employment and therefore I cannot get to the post office every day.  I will post within 5 business days of cleared payment.  Please make sure you are happy to wait at least 6 days (UK) for your item before bidding.  If not,  please don't bid.  I do not post on weekends or holidays.   

I use heavy mailers with stiffeners and plastic sleeves which are included in the postage.  I Do Not Make Money on Postage!  Open records are removed from sleeves to prevent splits.

All items will have Proof of Postage.  Anything over £35 will be sent recorded delivery.  Please wait for revised invoice!  I don't mind sending regular 1st class with proof of postage if you want, however, this is at your own risk and I will not refund you if the item is lost.    However,  if something is lost, proof of postage will be provided and claims will be filed with the post office.   

UK POSTAGE:  Due to a substantial increase in UK postage costs, we can no longer afford to provide our LPs at £9.99 and give free postage.  Therefore, instead of raising our LP starting prices for everyone, we will charge £2.00 to UK LP buyers to help offset our higher costs.   There will be no price increase for multiple purchases.  IE: 3-4 items per mailer, each mailer costs £2.00.  double albums and 180/200gram LPs count as 2 items.  Make sense?  7" records and CDs are still free postage. 

COMBINED POSTAGE:  EU: £0.75 per additional item.  Double or 180/200 gram records count as two items.   3-4 items per mailer, each new mailer will cost another £3.75 + additional items if any.  More than 8 items may qualify for additional discounts. 

INTERNATIONAL:  £1.25 per additional item.  Double or 180/200 gram records count as two items.

AMERICAN BUYERS:  Stuff is taking up to 4-6 weeks to get to you. Please keep that in mind.

RETURNS:  Quite simple:  For any reason you aren't happy, send it back to me.  If I messed up - full refund including return postage.   If I didn't mess up - refund of purchase less postage.  Email me with anything,  I'm flexible so just give me a chance to work things out.   

ITEM CONDITION:  All items are used unless otherwise stated.  I do my best to describe everything as accurately as possible but I'm human and do get it wrong sometimes.  I will happily accept returns with full refund + postage when the item is received in the condition it was sent.  I am using the Record Collector grading guide and only visually grade.  I note general condition and will specifically describe any additional flaws not in keeping with the grading.  IE:  A generally excellent+ record with only one or two small, faint hairline marks will be graded excellent+ and the mark will be noted.  Any records I'm not sure about, I will listen to and note in the description. 

After reading all this, if I make a mistake, I would appreciate not receiving bad ratings for item description as I am an honest, independent seller and am trying my best.  Please contact me with questions before bidding and I will provide extra photos of sleeve, spine and record condition upon request.

Please make sure you leave a rating of "5" on all detailed sellers ratings (DSRs) when you are leaving feedback.  Ebay recently made changes to their feedback system where sellers can suffer SEVERE penalties if anything besides a "5" is left and you may be hurting your favorite sellers without knowing it. What are these penalties?
 
*Any rating below 4.9:  Seller pays an additional 5% in fees to sell on ebay
*Any rating below 4.8:  Seller pays an additional 10% in fees to sell on ebay, and seller's listings are demoted in ebay's search - making them harder to find
*Any rating below 4.6:  Seller pays an additional 5% in fees to sell on ebay and loses powerseller status. Listings are further demoted in ebay's search
*Any rating below 4.3:  Penalty -Seller's listings are moved the the last pages of search results
*Any rating below 4.1:  Penalty - Seller is no longer allowed to list on ebay.
 
eBay tells you a "4" rating means the item was accurately described, that you were satisfied with the seller's communication, the item was shipped quickly, and the shipping charges were reasonable - which a normal person would say is a good thing. However,  ebay treats a "4" as a request to terminate the sellers's ebay account, charge the seller more, and make it difficult for bidders to find that seller's items. If you feel that the service you received does not warrant a "5" rating,  please contact me asap as I will make every effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
