Description
Offered is a very rare record album by Barbara Cook titled, "Barbara Cook Sings From The Heart."
This is an authentic and original deep groove pressing on the Yellow and Black Urania Records label, UR-9026. This first pressing record was issued in 1959.
This album was signed on the front cover by the artist!
Barbara Cook sings the greatest songs of Rodgers & Hart, and unlike the majority of performers who have done the same, she sings the obscure intros to each song as penned by the writers!
This record has been fully play graded: Strong VG+. The VG+ grade is given due to an abrasion which causes a brief period of moderate pops near the end of track 1, Side 1. The remainder of this rare LP plays with an excellent VG++ grade! The surface rates a VG++ / Near Mint grade.
Labels: Near Mint.
Cover: Good+. The front and back cover graphics and writing are in excellent condition! (see pics). However, the top and bottom seams are taped. There is wear and some splitting to the spine but it is intact.
