Mike Price who adds the Baron's dubbing on the record. The band is one of Syracuses earliest and most popular bands - Sam & the Twisters. Back up singers are actually three young Mohawk Indian Tribe sisters known as The Big Tree Sisters - Don't miss this one. VG Vinyl shows brush marks but plays good. Label originally was not of great quality. Good for it's age. Side B has dead wax mark RB-110 lined out and replaced with OB-1107 No Reserve Auction! Collect Vinyl Oldies - Record Grading System In an ideal world, every record would be played before it is graded. However, the time involved makes it impractical. Unless otherwise noted, records are visually graded. If you feel that the record you received is not as described, I offer a money back guarantee. Please contact me prior to leaving feedback in order to insure your satisfaction.
- Sealed - means the record shrink wrap was never opened
- Near Mint - A nearly perfect record. Should show no obvious signs of wear. An LP Jacket should have no creases, folds, seam splits or any other noticeable similar defect.
- Very Good+(plus)- Will show some signs of play, but was generally well cared for.
Surface of vinyl could have very light scratches and / or some light scuffs that don't affect the sound. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration. The LP jacket may have slight signs of wear and could have a slight seam split. - Very Good Many of the defects found in a vg+ record are more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing. Record will not skip, however there may be tick or scratchy sound when played. Groove wear could be noticeable, as well as light scratches that do not normally affect the sound.
Covers may be soiled or have very noticeable ring wear and split seams on one or both sides. - Very Good (-) minus. This grade means the record is still can be enjoyable and that it will not skip but may have loud ticks and a scratchy sound all through out the recordings.
- Good (plus) - Good does not mean Bad. Some records might only be listed in Good condition, but may play better than they look because of being a deep groove, (where disc grooves were cut deeper into the vinyl). The record should play without skipping but could be quite noisy. The jacket will have seam splits, tape, writing, excessive ring wear. I usually only offer this grade for records that are scarce or if someone wants a copy until they find one in better condition.
- Poor – Usually not worth collecting and value is no more that 10% of a Mint Copy. You really have to want this record!
