Description
Beastie Boys: Licensed To ILL LP
Original 1986 gatefold vinyl purchased by me and kept in my personal record collection and well looked after ever since. Has received minimal play over the last 30 years. I have kept it in a separate polylined sleeve to protect it from getting scratched when taking it inand out. I have just put it into a brand new one and this will be supplied with the record.
I have just cleaned it with my professional record cleaning machine using the award winning L'Art Du Son cleaning fluid so it is now clean and in the best possible condition for the next owner. Following cleaning I have test played it all the way through on my Project Debut Carbon fitted with an Ortofon 2M Blue stylus. It plays through beautifully with barely a crackle anywhere, even in the silence in between tracks. It sounds awesome and far superior to the new reissue which sounds more digital and compressed in comparison which I also have a copy of. The only thing to be aware of is that it has a slight warp that was like that when I originally purchased it and as it does not affect the sound in any way I never took it back for a replacement. Please note if you want a record that is 100% perfectly flat then this one may not be for you. If you want an original LP that sounds awesome is in fantastic condition then this is for you.
I will post this out in a proper cardboard LP mailer so no damage will come to it in transit and I will post free to U.K. Buyers. Let me know if you have any other questions.
