This is an unofficial press of Paul's Boutique. I bought it off eBay in 2007. It is a non gate fold sleeve, and a 2LP edition with unique vinyl labels. It is something of a curiosity for collectors of all thing Beastie. It is not available on discogs or eBay, but you can find it on discogs with an advanced serach.
