THE BEATLES - 'PANTOMIME - EVERYWHERE IT'S CHRISTMAS'

UK 1966 UK FAN-CLUB FLEXI-DISC

Recorded on 25th November 1966 in the basement studio of Dick James Music at 71, New Oxford Street, London, this 1-sided 33 1/3 rpm flexi disc was sent out to UK fan-club members only in December 1966 and features a specially written 'pantomime' featuring the group themselves & their 'roadie', Mal Evans.

The disc was pressed by Lyntone Records and bears a 'gold' & white custom label: LYN 1145

Matrix number: LYN 1145-2C

The disc is housed within its original picture cover designed by Paul McCartney & comes complete with 'Christmas Newsletter 1966'.

An immaculate, blemish free example with no traces of wear.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Pristine, completely blemish and wear-free surfaces no surface marks, scratches, bends or wear visible in strong daylight. Close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp shows up a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines but little else. The disc lies 100% flat on the turntable with no bends or warping.

Play: GOOD

This copy has some wear to the grooves which produces light to moderate background noise throughout. The only significant reason for the low play-grade is a skip towards the end of the disc - the cause of which is not visible.

Cover: EXCELLENT

This vivd & vibrant example is clean & flat all-over with just a touch of light handling wear but no writing, tears or missing paper anywhere.
