Beatles 2nd State Butcher Paste-Over Mono T2553 Yesterday And Today Album Jacket VG+
Offered here is an authentic mono Beatles Yesterday And Today 2nd state paste over jacket in supurb condition. Comes with copies of: The KYA (S)lick Humor article The Capitol Recall letter The 1992 Alan Livingston Authenticity letter
You already know the story behind this cornerstone of any Beatles collection. Capitol Records T2553 from 1966. RIAA #6 Los Angeles jacket. 2nd states are becoming rarer, especially in the higher grade condition of the one seen here. Top and bottom seams and spine are fully intact. Not only is Ringo's V clearly visible, so are his knees and in person you can see John's hair. At the top spine, the alignment of the Trunk slick allows for a sliver of the Somnambulant slick to be exposed. The owner must have kept their albums in a looseleaf style binder, which explains the two punch holes on the spine side. The vinyl is VG- with moderate scuffing. (But is that really where your interest lies?) Side 1: T-1-2553-G-18 * Side 2: T-2-2553-F-21 *
