I can’t test-play vinyl at the minute, so with that said…
I try not to sell records that grade below VG+ unless they’re rare. This might be one example.
Collectors who are familiar with the “All Rights Reserved” run from 1975 are aware that the B-Side to the “A Hard Day’s Night” single typesets the disclaimer in the top right shoulder of the sliced Apple label.
This is the only copy I’ve ever seen that typesets the disclaimer to the left of the playhole. I have searched for almost 20 years for my keeper copy of this variation. I have put the feelers out to the fellow collectors within my circle that it’s on my want list in EX condition or better. But I have yet to hear of another copy that exists.
At this point, I’m giving up the search. Time for another hardcore label nerd to pick up the can of hair spray and cigarette lighter, and go charging into the night.

Vinyl: VG-/VG-. Lots of small scratches, none that are feelable. But they look like they will make for a noisy play. Side 1 has 3 or 4 visible scuffs lightly feelable with the fingertip.
Plates: F1/F10. Machine-stamped asterisk in the dead wax makes this copy pressed in Los Angeles.
Labels: EX/VG. Side 1 label looks great. Side 2 label has a ring of dirt. See photo.
Sleeve: VG-. Both sides have moderate to heavy wear, but NO SPLIT SEAMS.
**Note: All 45’s ship outside of their sleeves in order not to damage the sleeve during shipment. Generic plain, white sleeves and Mylar provided.**
**Regardless the condition, this label variation is stinkin’ rare for me to not have received a response in almost two decades. If you have one, please let me know. I’d love to get a clean photo for the book volume I’m writing on rare Beatles 45’s.**
As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up. Thanks!)

(Please note: Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized. The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle. Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix? Thanks!)
