Beatles 7" single George Harrison APPLE RECORDS DEMO

	£ 23
	$		30

All potential bidders need to read this before bidding – Like many Ebayers I do not agree with this free P&P thing – that can’t be right Ebay!! ON PRINCIPLE I don’t want to add P&P to the starting price – it just means Ebay get another 10% of OUR money from this so PLEASE NOTE – P&P IS NOT FREE  but for the 7” vinyl I am auctioning will be :-

£1.30 within the UK (Standard First Class ) – with discounts for multiple items sent together

£2.00 within Europe (Standard Air Mail ) – with discounts for multiple items sent together

£3.00 Rest of the World (Standard Air Mail ) – with discounts for multiple items sent together

Winning UK bidders please note – ONCE BIDDING HAS ENDED PLEASE WAIT UNTIL I SEND YOU AN INVOICE PERSONALLY(I WILL DO THIS ASAP AFTER AUCTION HAS ENDED) WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE COST OF P&P AS ABOVE  OTHERWISE EBAY WILL GENERATE AN INVOICE AND THE P&P WILL NOT BE INCLUDED AS IT SHOULD BE.

O.K. now that’s out of the way back to the important stuff :-

This auction is for the very hard to find DEMO  7" solo single by GEORGE HARRISON.  This is a DEMO version of the  ORIGINAL UK pressing from 1975 on the APPLE label  and comes in a black sleeve (not APPLE). It is interesting to note that although this is an APPLE record it was not released with APPLE labels but with the design from the "EXTRA TEXTURE" album from which the two songs were taken. It does however have and eaten apple core(corp) on the label - a bit of Harrison humour there!! (see photo showing this)

TRACKS - You  b/w World of stone   APPLE R6007

SLEEVE - black sleeve - EXCELLENT - as new - I can put disc in an Apple sleeve if buyer requests this

DISC VISUAL - VERY GOOD PLUS  - bright clean  paper labels, with no spindle marks, vinyl bright and shining - B side shows light scuff marks that cause a few pops and crackles for first minute but doesn't detract too much over all.

DISC AUDIO - EXCELLENT MINUS  - no skips or jumps, A side plays great but B side has some  pops or crackles in first minute of disc  (see visual above).

I PLAY ALL RECORDS PRIOR TO LISTING ON EBAY AND TRY TO GRADE USING RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE GRADINGS.

A great single and obviously much rarer as a DEMO so would be very difficult to find in any condition.  At a sensible starting price this is still a great addition to your FAB FOUR  collection. Not mint but I don't think you'll bother upgrading from this even if one does come along(Buyer will not be disappointed). Feel free to contact me with any questions. GOOD LUCK!

PAYMENT METHODS - I NOW accept Paypal  ONLY for ALL transactions - its immediate and means you receive your item quicker. However, I will also accept an UNCROSSED postal order  for UK TRANSACTIONS ONLY if bidder contacts me to OK this.

PLEASE NOTE- at present I am not generally taking bids WORLDWIDE but if you have been a previous customer of mine AND you can pay by PAYPAL AND you don't mind the EXTRA POSTAGE costs  then please contact me BEFORE bidding and I will quote you the estimated postage and packing costs (AT COST - I don't want to profit from this) and then you can decide if you want to bid or not.

Please note I am selling most of my Beatles memorabilia, books and vinyl and vinyl by other groups/artists of the 1960's (some later) when time allows so please keep watching my listings for hard to find, unusual, rare and not so rare but cracking stuff.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING - Postage in the U.K. is generally by First Class Post. Reduced rates if second or subsequent articles included in same parcel (buyer to contact me for details before or after auction closes) See my rates for UK postage (includes cost of packaging). I TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN PACKAGING PARCELS - AS A COLLECTOR AND EBUYER MYSELF  I WANT YOU TO RECEIVE AN ITEM THE WAY I WOULD WANT TO RECEIVE IT. (In the case of vinyl I use professional mailing envelopes with an extra card stiffener) HOWEVER, ONCE THE ITEM IS IN THE HANDS OF THE POSTAL SERVICES I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE AS THIS IS BEYOND MY CONTROL. POSTAL INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AT AN EXTRA COST TO THE SELLER WHO MUST NOTIFY ME IF THEY WANT TO PAY THIS EXTRA. CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION DUE TO DAMAGE OF LOSS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER BUT I WILL, OF COURSE, AID THIS PROCESS  AS MUCH AS I CAN BY PROVIDING RELEVENT INFORMATION, HELP AND SUPPORT.

RETURNS POLICY - All items will be well packed and proof of postage will always be gained from Post Office. I am sure you will be happy with your purchase but if you feel the item is not as described please contact me to arrange return and refund OF THE FULL PURCHASE COST BUT EXCLUDING P&P COSTS.
