THE BEATLES - 'A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'/'THINGS WE SAID TODAY'
This barely played UK 1st pressing dates from its initial July 1964 release and is on the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5160
A genuine red & white EMI 'Factory Sample - Not For Sale' sticker is adhered to the side 1 label
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & upper/lower case 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the 'A Hard Day's Night' label.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 17714-1N & 7XCE 17715-1N
Stamper codes: 5/MO & 6/HH
The disc is housed in its original green & white Parlophone company cover.

Labels: EXCELLENT
A fine set with just one or two light spindle trails around the side 1 centre hole only and a few light scuffs from storage.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are perfectly clean and free from nay scuffs, marks or scratches in strong daylight AND directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp. I would have graded higher if it were not for slight dulling to the surfaces, presumably from storage.
Play: NEAR MINT
The perfect sounding format for this song and this example has been barely played leaving both songs sounding perfectly clean & clear with no groove/play wear to any part of either song. This one will not disappoint.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Clean, flat & unworn with minor storage wrinkles on the rear but no writing, splits or tears.
