Description
Original UK Apple label stereo 1st press LP, without the 'Her Majesty' song credit on side 2, only found on the earliest first pressings, which was corrected on all later pressings! The Garrod & Lofthouse laminated sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light corner/storage wear and a couple of laminate creases on the front cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain company inner is intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with a few very faint sleeve removal hairlines and a couple of faint needle marks visible on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of spindle markings! The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss, pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; YEX-749-2 stamper 1-GPG, YEX-750-1 stamper 9-GRH. This is one of the very early copies of the 1969 1st pressing of the UK stereo issue of this album!!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
