Description

I am currently looking at selling off a large portion of my 40 year collection of music memorabilia, time to pass it off to another loving collector, happy bidding and check my other auctions for more unique items. I will be posting new auctions for the next few weeks.

Capitol Records Canada 72076 “Love Me Do/P.S. I Love You”, released Mon, Feb 18, 1963, this is the Ringo version unlike U.S. releases. What makes this pressing special is the fact that it has the 2nd set of pressing plates for side 1 and the 1st! set of pressing plates on side 2. In theory this would place this pressing right after the side 1 plate got damaged and replaced with the 2nd pressing plate. Side 2 matrix number is the larger text with no dash number after the matrix confirming it to be a 1st pressing plate.

Vinyl Condition NM-, nice and glossy, displays wonderfully.
Hand etched matrix in the runoff, side 1 7XCE-17144-2, side 2 7XCE17145 LARGE SIZE CHARACTERS 1st set of pressing plates no dash number!
Label Condition VG+, see pics, looks as though sticker back can be removed but I am not an expert so I'll leave it to you
Comes in Capitol Records factory sleeve.

Shipping cost depend on your exact location and will be calculated at auctions end. PAYPAL,
