The Beatles Beatles For Sale Rare PMC 1240 Vinyl LP
This is a very interesting record. A hard one to find!! This is a mono pressing of 'Beatles For Sale' with the 1st issue Kansas City (no 'Medley) credit, side 1 - XEX 503-4N, side 2 - XEX 504-3N, different to most others as 3N is usually side 1, I can't find another like it. Also ultra rare stampers side 1 at 3 o'clock ML, at 9 o'clock 3. On side 2, at 3 o'clock GT, at 9 o'clock 3. This is an unusual Beatles record as this is a rare combination.
This copy is very clean indeed, the vinyl is gleaming with a small number of light, short hairline scratches and little else other than fine wisps of sleeve-removal depth just visible. Any marks are superficial in depth, none are feelable and the overall sound is crystal clear and dynamic with just the occasional light click or bit of light noise between tracks, this sounds ex in many respects. There are two sleeves with this.. a 1st pressing flip back gatefold sleeve which has light/med general wear, this in intact and very useable. The inner paper sleeve is missing and has been replaced with a clean, modern plastic version. Overall a very clean, extremely listenable, very collectable and very rare copy! VG++
