CONDITION
Disc
Labels: 1. MINT 2.NEAR MINT
A superb set with just a single spindle mark to the side 2 centre hole only.
Visual: NEAR MINT
This disc appears here in the same condition as it left the shops 40 years ago. Both surfaces are immaculate and totally unmarked both in strong daylight with just a few barely visible wispy pper hairlines directly beneath my unforgiving under halogen light but you really will not be. You won't find better.
Play: NEAR MINT
This amazing copy has probably been played just one and happily I am able to report that all tracks play 'as new' and with that essential 'breath of life' evident on every track. My careful play-check found no traces of any audible wear whatsoever.
Cover
VERY GOOD +
This example is in generally in good shape with just normal handling & storagewear- -mainly to the upper & lower edges. The rear panel is clean & uncreased both of the seams are smooth and undamaged. The inside of the gatefold is clean & black with the only significant fault being a small stress to the lower part of the hinge. The spine is flattened but clean and with undamaged lettering.
Inner-sleeve
EXCELLENT
Clean & flat with an inevitable light disc impression but no splits, tears or writing.
Take a listen to the track 'I Don't Want To Spoil the Party', recorded directly from this copy on the player below:
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
