=====================================================================================
This disc uses the same analogue cuts as the original 1964 first pressing and still carries the earliest 1 matrix codes. As you can see, it still carries a heavily stamped, side 1 matrix digit, identical to the very first 1964 pressing run. I bought it sometime in 1969/70 and it is part of my personal collection of Mint or Nr. Mint copies of Beatles albums.
I have just listened to this album (with a new diamond stylus) to make sure that it is perfect, and it is!

AUDIO - NEAR MINT
Well, MINT really. Stone cold silent run-ins/outs, not even any stereo 'rumble'. Some tracks have an 'echo' sound found on original analogue stereo mixes of this album.
I've made a short recording, which shows the absolute silence between two of the tracks; repeated throughout the whole of the album. It sounds a bit tinny and distorted as I recorded it on my phone but rest assured that the actual audio quality of the disc itself, is sublime.
VISUALLY - NEAR MINT
The disc looks unplayed, with stunning vinyl surfaces, which display a jet-black, deep gloss lustre. Even under strong light there is barely any evidence of handling. There are no visible spindle trails on either of the labels, which are in 'shop-fresh' condition. This disc looks like it did 54 years ago, when it was first removed from its cover.

THE COVER- EXCELLENT
So hard to find an original cover without heavy diagonal stress lines across the thin, exposed front gatefold panel. This example is in great condition, with nothing more than a very mild, single pressure line near to the lower right hand side, which is visible in the photos. The 'hinge' has a little internal rubbing, at either end but the external spine is strong and not crushed flat like most. Externally, the spine looks perfect and there are no tears, usually found at its weakest point, either end.
THE INNER SLEEVE - NEAR MINT
Correct, plain white, patented issue, which is in perfect condition.

The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
I have more Beatles records listed right now, so please have a look.
