READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning.  I can’t test-play at the minute. Please don’t bid if this is a problem for you.

Beatles LP 1975 Apple Magical Mystery Tour UNDOCUMENTED “All Rights” NM!

Collectors are familiar with the Los Angeles scarcity of the “All Rights” label with the disclaimer on five lines on each side.  But there are hardly any collectors who are aware of the Jacksonville variation with the disclaimer only on Side 2, and in a different location than on the Los Angeles pressing.  See photos.

But the added bonus to this pressing is that it features plates that were refreshed from the H30’s back to the A-plates.  Sound quality is much improved!

This is the copy that is pictured in my books on flash drive, also for sale.  The books are the deepest dive ever into rare U.S. labels for Beatles albums, endorsed by our friend, Perry Cox.

Vinyl--- NM/NM.  Vinyl looks brand new.

Plates--- A5/A15.  Hand-etched letter “O” in the dead wax on both sides makes this copy pressed in Jacksonville.

Cover--- VG.  General wear is light.  There are no major issues at all, and NO SPLIT SEAMS.  It’s just that the cover has aged over the decades.

Book--- EX.  Book still looks bright, colorful and punchy.  No damage to the pages, except that it’s only being held in place by one staple, so be careful. 

Labels--- EX/EX.  Labels look nearly new.  Side 1 label has the manufacturer’s defect of popped gloss bubbles that had formed during printing.  Side 2 label has one whispering spindle mark.  Otherwise, the labels look freshly-printed.

Capitol Inner Sleeve--- VG+.  Generic white inner sleeve with die-cut hole for the labels to show is present. Uniformly yellowed inner sleeve, NO SPLIT SEAMS.

A generic inner sleeve will be provided, so as not to damage your original Capitol inner sleeve en route.

RIAA: N/A

As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)

(Please note:  Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized.  The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle.  Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix?  Thanks!)
