READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning.  I can’t test-play at the minute. Beatles LP 2003 Let It Be…Naked in Shrink with Bonus 45 Fly on the Wall, UK Press, NM!

Stunning gorgeous British pressing of this rare LP.  There’s nothing more to say about this package.  Nearly everything about it is in brand new condition, 180g vinyl.  I bought it new and played it once to transfer to cassette.

I didn’t even look at the book.  I wish I could post more photos, because the book and its contents are brilliant.  It seems to be an expanded reworking of the British and Canadian-only Let It Be box that came with a book.  There’s dialogue that’s really funny and engaging.

**The only issue with this set is that there is one tiny scuff on the lip of the Fly on the Wall 45 on Side 1 that doesn’t affect play.** 

That 45 is an audio version of the kind of dialogue and music you see in the book, except that it expands the content even further out, and doesn’t repeat what’s in the book.

I’m very sorry that George wasn’t around for this one.  As much as he hated those sessions, I think he would have relaxed about them after hearing this incredible report.

Vinyl--- NM/NM.

Cover--- NM.

Breathe Holes--- British pressing has a different configuration of breathe holes.  There are micro breathe holes across the back cover at the bottom in a straight line, similar to a very widened perforation.

Labels--- NM.

Apple Inner Sleeve---  Generic white inner sleeve with die-cut hole for the label to show is present.  Inside of the inner sleeve is lined with thin, protective plastic.

These sleeves are high-quality, which protect the softer 180g vinyl from hairline scratches.  With that said, the LP will ship inside this sleeve, as a generic paper sleeve might be too abrasive, causing hairline scratches en route to you.

Please do NOT store this LP in a paper sleeve when you receive it!

Book--- NM.

Bonus “Fly on the Wall” 45--- EX/NM.  One tiny non-feelable scuff on the lip of Side 1.  See photo.

**NOTE: “Fly on the Wall” 45 will ship inside a white paper sleeve in order to avoid it sliding around inside its cardboard cover picture sleeve, which is far too abrasive for transport, and may well be how that scuff appeared on a sealed copy.

As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)
