Description

For Auction, A Sensational Copy of the Fantastic LP by The Beatles Titled Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. This Legendary LP is regarded as one of the best LP's by The Beatles, and one of the greatest LP's ever produced.  This is an original UK issue on the Parlophone Label, and is in glorious Mono. The matrix numbers are XEX 637 1 on side 1, and XEX 638 1 on side 2. The stamper numbers are 1 on side 2, and 3 on side 1, which indicates a very early press. The record is 52 years old, but the vinyl still has a smell of fresh vinyl, which indicate a top quality pressing.  The LP is graded at E+, which no signs of play wear, and just very light paper scuffs, that are silent in playback. The LP has amazing playback. The cover is in E condition, with no seam splits, or creasing.  All the inserts are present, and appear to have been securely stored in their LP jacket for the past 52 years, until I took the pictures tonight. I know you will be very hard pressed to find a better preserved copy of the legendary LP.  I am well experienced with LP's, and will ship this record in a 13 x 3 box, loaded with packing peanuts, so it will get to you safely.  Please note this is a 3 day auction, closing Wednesday night.
