In this case, one of the best aspects of our copy is the condition of the book - a "perfect bound" book, the glue has held up except for the first few pages (see above), and we've been careful to handle it carefully when examining it.
Note that the actual vinyl is a 1st pressing US Apple copy with the RED Apple label (see notes below). Apparently the box was never released in the States. The collector from whom we obtained this copy indicated that he originally bought the box and LP at a store in NYC but that he seemed to remember them being sold separately.
Also note that while some copies put up for sale include an Apple poster, that was apparently NOT an item specifically part of the box, but rather an "add-on" that some retailers offered.
The inner sleeve is not an original plain white one but instead a poly-lined collector sleeve that the owner changed it out for to protect the vinyl.
