This is part of a collection of Beatles singles, EP's and albums that I will be selling over the next couple of months. They came from a collector who started buying back in the 60's. These are lovely Near Mint and just have a few minor feint marks. Been pro cleaned and sounds great.
THIS ALBUM HAS A VERY RARE "SCRIPT" VERSION OF THE GATEFOLD COVER INSIDE. THE "NO, YOU’RE NOT" TEXT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE GATEFOLD INTERIOR, UNDER THE SONG "I'M A WALRUS", IS IMPRINTED IN THE HANDWRITTEN STYLE. (ON THE MAJORITY OF COPIES IT IS PRINTED, LIKE THE SONG TITLES. THE CONSPIRACY THEORIES LOVERS SUGGEST THAT THIS HANDWRITTEN TEXT MEANT THAT PAUL McCARTNEY WAS NOT THE REAL PAUL McCARTNEY (THEREFORE, THE HANDWRITTEN TEXT STATES: “No, You’re Not”), BECAUSE HE WAS KILLED IN A CAR CRASH THE YEAR BEFORE THE ALBUM WAS RELEASED.
