*NEAR MINT* 1966 UK *1st PRESSING* 45

On the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5452

Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text but have upper case 'Parlophone Co..' rims.

The 'KT' tax/price code is embossed around the centre-hole of the 'Rain' label & is present in both run-outs.

Housed in its original Parlophone company cover.

Also included with this copy is an original MINT & unused 1960's colourful record store paper bag.

Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18380-2 & 7XCE 18381-2

Stampers: 6/PM & 4/PA

CONDITION

Labels: NEAR MINT

A superb set with just a few light trails to the side 1 label.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Both surfaces are pristine and totally unmarked in strong daylight with only a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines beneath my halogen desk lamp. There are no scuffs or scratches anywhere on this superb copy.

Audio: NEAR MINT

This copy has been barely, if ever played and both sides play completely without fault but with awesome power.

Cover: EXCELLENT

Clean & flat with just a touchof light storagewear creasing but no writing, tears or splits.
