Condition
Labels: EXCELLENT
Clean & bright with just a few very light scratches but no writing, touch-up or missing paper.
Visual: VERY GOOD -
Both surfaces are clean but do display some surface marks and numerous light scratches. Some groove-whitening is visible on the innermost tracks and there is a small, 'feelable' scratch on 'Ask Me Why'. However, there are no other significant or major faults and both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Play: VERY GOOD -
This copy has been played many times and some light background is audible during the quieter passages and between tracks. The disc's only significant fault is 2 noticeable clicks on 'Ask Me Why'. Otherwise all tracks play well and without jumps, repeats, or any other major audible faults.
Cover: GOOD
A clean front panel with some moderate, general handling & storagewear but no major faults. There is some wear to the corners, opening edges and some discolouration to the rear panel, but no writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are in-place but there is some damage to the corners and some small areas of old sticky tape residue. Both seams and the spine are unsplit.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & halogen light based upon UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I play every record I sell at volume on high-end audio equipment and list all visual and audible faults.
- Unless stated, all records lie 100% flat & play without distortion, jumps or sticks. All sleeves/covers have no writing, splits or tears.
- The listing photos have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are packed strongly & securely in custom-made record maling boxes with the disc removed from the cover. All text & images © Bright Field Music 2008
