Description
Early pressing fIrst press black/gold with Dick James credits. Side one 1GR, side two 1T making it first mother stampers. Ernest J Day 'gold' cover is in vg+ condition slightly worn as shown in photos has tiny splits where the record has been taken out so offer but still great condition for its age. The record has scratch marks with what I can only describe as 'scuff marks' on track 1 side two which really affects this track which jumps in numerous places apart from that and a tiny skip on track 1 side one the rest of the record plays really well. The labels are fading a bit and have spindle marks. There is a tax code but I can only make out the T on side one. Emitex inner sleeve in excellent condition. I bought this record in my quest to find a decent copy and it was described as in vg audio condition and played through 'remarkably well' considering the scratches but it seems no-one gives a completely honest description as I now have two copies that are not as described and I will probably have to sell at a loss as I cannot lie about the condition but I'm looking for one in better condition hence selling on. Grab a bargain because of the fact it's such an early pressing
