* Near Mint (NM) is the highest grade I use, except for sealed items.

PLEASE NOTE: Auction is for the promo stamped cover ONLY - LP is NOT included, and there is NO inner Capitol sleeve (just as I bought it, many years ago).
Although it's a standard US 1964 Mono cover, it has the rare designate promo marking that Capitol used at that time. As shown in the pics, the word “PROMO” is drilled into the upper right corner.
OVERALL CONDITION:
No seam splits. The corners are square, with no damage to the corner tips (e.g., no exposed cardboard). There are several small (1 1/2”) creases on the left and one at the bottom.
FRONT: Some light wear, mostly ring wear. There are a few scratches on the left, where Ringo is. They’re only visible under direct light, there’s no damage to the graphic.
BACK: Some light wear and minimal yellowing. There are two small areas (roughly 1/2” diameter) on the left where the paper has peeled off.
A rare period piece, 1964 vintage.
