DESCRIPTION: The Beatles Lp- Revolver. Much sought after One Box EMI STEREO pressing with earliest matrix- YEX 605-1/606-1. Front laminated G&H sleeve and correct advertising inner.. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Parlophone PCS 7009 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1969 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX+/EX+. Vinyl is super clean with a dark sheen. Light plays only and well looked after. Please remember i make no allowance for age in my grading, this would be an EX+ grade if it was released in 2006. Played brief passages of this today on my budget deck, decent deck is awaiting repair. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent+. Clear and loud! Nice loud cut. Cover is firm and square and has less than light edgewear, cornerwear and creasing. Flipbacks are in top condition with no damage. Rear of sleeve is very clean. Super clean labels- apologies for the poor label photo, its supposed to be summer but we still have no sun. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Inner is also nice and clean with nice shape and no splits. This really is a great copy of a superb LP. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER BEATLES/RELATED and CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
