THE BEATLES: 'REVOLVER' - ORIGINAL UK BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE **MONO** LP - THIS IS THE RARE **1ST PRESSING** WITH THE SIDE 2 MATRIX OF **XEX 606-1** - PMC 7009

We are very pleased to offer our collectors an opportunity to purchase this SIGNIFICANT Beatles Rarity in **IMPRESSIVE** condition.

This is the very **1st Pressing** of The Beatles 'Revolver' MONO LP featuring the **Side 2 matrix XEX 606-1**, with the alternate version of 'Tomorrow Never Knows' - track 7 on side 2.

Released in 1966, on the Black and Yellow Parlophone Label, with 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd' label rim and with 'Sold in UK' label text, the Side 1 Matrix is XEX 605-2, and the side 2 Matrix is **XEX 606-1**. The side 1 stampers are: '1' & 'GD', and the side 2 stampers are: '1', 'RG' . The embossed 'KT' tax code is visible on the centre of the side 2 record label. The Vinyl Disc comes in an original Emitex Lined Inner Bag and is housed in a Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Flip Back Sleeve.

Now turning to the grading of this IMPRESSIVE example - just look at the scans provided, both sides of the Record Labels are in SUPER clean **excellent plus** condition, bright, UNFADED record labels, showing only some light spider marks. Both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in Strong excellent condition - The Vinyl disc is very clean and bright. Having played the album, it plays extremely well, with no skips, clicks, jumps or distortion, just the lightest of background crackle, this can be heard mostly in between the tracks. The Laminated sleeve with small 'mono' lettering on the top right hand corner of the sleeve is really CLEAN and BRIGHT and graded in excellent plus condition - mirror-glossy Laminate, firm spine and edges and all three flip backs are completely undamaged.

A really IMPRESSIVE example - this Rare Variant is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to find in such respectable condition – Not to be missed.
