Labels: EXCELLENT

A clean & unworn pair with a small & light collection of spindle trails around each centre hole and small faint initials on label 2.

Visual: EXCELLENT

Extremely clean, glossy & unworn playing surfaces which apart from a single 4mm scratch on track 3 on side 2 are unmarked on strong daylight. Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals little more than a few faint inner-sleeve storage marks on side 2 but no further blemishes or wear whatsoever. Both sides of this well looked-after heavy copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.

Play: EXCELLENT

This cherished copy has received minimal careful play and the sound is clean, warm and clear throughout. My single careful play-check found no evidence of any groove/play wear - even on 'Michelle' - but there are some noticeable repeating light clicks part way through 'I'm Looking Through You' due to the aforementioned scratch. Overall however, it is an extremely enjoyable listen which would have easily graded EX+ without the scratch.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

An outstanding clean & strong example which displays a clean & richly coloured front panel which is completely free from any 'thumbnail's or wear of any other kind. All corners are clean & unworn and there is no wear at all to the front opening edge. The rear panel is pristine white with just a few faint fingermarks to the opening edge and lower right corner but certainly nothing too spoil its overall beauty. All flipbacks, both seams and the spine are all in perfect clean & unworn condition. Hard to find a better example.

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +

Clean, flat and crisp with just a hint of age-toning, but no writing, tears or seam splits.
