2nd State Mono "Butcher Cover" - SEALED!!!!

This is the real thing! Check out our feedback and bid with confidence!

This record is quite SCARCE, and it is incredibly RARE to find it still sealed. It is the Mono, second-state of the controversial record with the less offensive "trunk" cover pasted over the original "butcher" cover. Ringo¿s sweater is readily visible beneath the title, and the cover is 3/16¿ narrower than other Capitol releases from that era due to the cropping process after the new cover was pasted over. This beautiful record is an absolute must for any record or Beatles collectors.

The image to the left is a close-up of the pasted-on cover through which a portion of the original "butcher" cover beneath is visible. The black turtle-neck sweater and white jacket that Ringo Starr sports in the "butcher" photo can be seen here. This image's brightness and contrast have been adjusted so that Ringo's sweater and jacket may be seen.

NM. This record is in beautiful condition. It is unopened in its original shrink-wrap. There is a price sticker on the outside of the shrink-wrap.
