CONDITION
DISC: This very rare New Zealand His Master's Voice 1st pressing STEREO LP with the earliest UK matrices is visually in NEAR MINT-/EXCELLENT+ condition. Both sides of this LP show full gloss, with only a few scattered hairlines. Both Parlophone labels show NO spindle trails.
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was a huge seller, but in 1967 the UK's population was about 20 times that of New Zealand's. To find a 49-year-old New Zealand 1st pressing Beatles LP in NEAR MINT-/EXCELLENT+ condition is remarkable.
Please note: this NZ LP uses UK metal parts (1st press matrices) and is the equal in sound quality to UK 1st press copies.

COVER: The unique New Zealand EMI-manufactured SINGLE-sleeve cover with flipbacks is in EXCELLENT+/EXCELLENT condition. This iconic cover has no seam splits and a pinched spine that is fully readable. The cover has only a minor LP impression, small laminate creases, and a few minor bumps.
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is one of the most famous albums in popular music; this New Zealand cover's unique single-sleeve construction with flipbacks make it an attractive alternative to its commonplace UK counterpart.

INNER SLEEVE: The polythene (Pam) sleeve (which may not be original) is in EXCELLENT condition.
INSERT: No inserts are included.

GRADING INFORMATION
- I grade conservatively. MINT is a sealed LP; NEAR MINT is an open LP/cover
with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
use/wear but is not trashed. - I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
- I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had.
Please note: eBay's shipping cost is only an estimate and may not reflect actual shipping cost.
